Exeter Cathedral is also known as the Cathedral Church of Saint Peter at Exeter, it’s a Anglican Cathedral and seats the Bishop of Exeter.

The Building was completed around the 1400’s and has several notable features, such as the Astronomical clock, the longest uninterrupted vaulted ceiling in England and an early set of misericords.

It’s classed as one of England’s most beautiful medieval cathedrals and one of the finest examples of decorated Gothic architecture in this country.

The Cathedral has kept it’s Choral tradition which can be dated back to nearly 900 years, During most weekdays the cathedral choir sing Evensong around 5:30 PM and it lasts around 45 minutes, everyone is welcome to attend.

Facilities for the Cathedral has well stocked shop and a onsite cafe, you can enjoy a nice lunch or even light snacks with tea and coffee.
