I’m an active people, train regulatory 5 times a week, trying to keep healthy can be hard while travelling, so i tend to try and eat healthy and drink plenty of water but i also love my fruit smoothies and drinks, so i have decided to review the healthy foods i eat.
Upbeat active is promoting it self as a healthy drink, Here are some of the benefits that the label tells us; high in protein, Amino Acids, Natural Sugars and Calcium.
The fact that it has 20 grams of protein is such a benefit, as I already have protein shakes to help me gain more muscle, This is one of the things that really attracted me to buy this drink due to high amount of protein.
If you don’t know; protein contributes to normal growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
This drink says it has natural occurring sugars but it also has sweetener called sucralose which is better then artificial sweeteners. Sweeteners are used to replace sugar but they can end up being unhealthy as well.
Also the ingredients in this drink are mainly milk which is 83%, Coconut water and Pineapple juice are 8% each.The coconut water and pineapple juice , very depending what type of flavor you want.
I been drinking this drink for one week (7 days) and here is my review:
*I wouldn’t recommend having more than one a day*
